The content of this website is created by sleep consultant Merve Coşkun. The site aims to provide general, paid information to families about babies’ sleep routines, to share experience, and — through scheduled online sessions — to let families going through the same process share their experiences and follow up with one another.
The documents and videos prepared by the consultant, together with this website, aim to help babies — and therefore families — sleep more comfortably, peacefully, and without interruption. The goal for families receiving consultancy is improved sleep hours and the development of independent sleep skills for their baby; however, since every baby is unique, outcomes vary from baby to baby.
The content prepared by the consultant on this website is not medical in nature, as it is not created by physicians. Accordingly, it does not include diagnosing, identifying, or treating any illness in babies.

2. Refund, Postponement, and Cancellation Policy
The consultancy service is considered to have begun as soon as payment is made for the selected package through this website.
Once payment is made, all package content becomes accessible, and it is not possible to request a refund by stating that you wish to discontinue the consultancy service for any reason.
